Basic work cycle

This document sketches the basic work cycle when (but is not limited to) tuning generators.

  1. Defining and sampling points from a parameter space (prof2-sample)
  2. Running the parametrisation (prof2-ipol)
  3. Minimisation of a goodness-of-fit measure of the parametrisation and data (prof2-tune)
